1. Digital Products
All products in our shop are digital downloads delivered via email. No physical items are shipped. Because digital content can be copied upon delivery, our return conditions differ from those for physical goods.
2. Right of Withdrawal

However, by purchasing and requesting immediate delivery of digital content, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download link has been sent, provided you have given prior express consent to immediate delivery.
3. Refund Eligibility

- The download link was not delivered within twenty-four hours of payment confirmation.
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within forty-eight hours.

4. How to Request a Refund

Interactive tools and content available free on our website are not subject to this Return Policy as no purchase is involved.
